EKU Office is a rooftop renovation project designed for a private office located on the top floor of an office building in Şişli, İstanbul. The project encompasses 76 square meters of interior space and 58 square meters of terrace area. The spatial organization includes a guest reception area, a personal private office, and a meeting room, complemented by a kitchen, service areas, and bathrooms.
The renovation involved a complete renewal of the infrastructure with subtle modifications to the existing layout. A new glass extension was added to the private terrace, forming a luminous meeting room immersed in lush greenery. To further enhance natural light within the space, the interior partition is composed of glass bricks, maintaining privacy while allowing brightness to diffuse throughout the office. A restrained material palette defines the overall atmosphere: walnut wall cladding brings warmth and a sense of masculine sophistication, while white-painted upper walls and minimalist lighting highlight the architectural form. The concrete flooring provides a neutral base for refined furniture and artworks that punctuate the space like sculptural elements. Natural materials such as travertine and concrete reinforce the honest and serene character of the design, balancing contemporary simplicity with understated luxury that reflects the company’s identity.

Situated in the coastal town of Gündoğan, Bodrum, Olabella Private Villas features ten private villas, each offering 500 m2 of living space and additional private outdoor areas, including seating areas, backyards, and swimming pools. Positioned strategically to capture stunning views of the Aegean Sea, each villa caters to diverse needs with unique characteristic spaces such as master bedrooms, living rooms, guest rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and storage areas.
The material palette of the project revolves around three main elements: the timeless white plaster of traditional Bodrum architecture, walnut-colored wood, and creamy natural stones. Outdoors, this palette manifests in honeycomb-patterned stone walls, wooden shutters, and striking white plaster, creating a visually pleasing contrast. Indoors, travertine and wooden wall claddings, creme ceramic flooring, and light oak parquets define the modest yet elegant spaces. The integration of interior atriums takes the natural light in, providing a refreshing connection to the lush green surroundings while maintaining an airy ambiance with white walls and ceilings.
Attention to detail extends beyond aesthetics to functional elements within Olabella Private Villas. The lighting design intricately balances comfort and flexibility, enhancing the overall living experience. Every aspect, from faucets to kitchen electronics, is chosen for its top-notch quality, ensuring a seamless fusion of luxurious living and the captivating natural beauty of Bodrum.
